No, we cannot supervise your academic study. We help students who are already enrolled in honours, masters or PhD programmes.
Christine's one-to-one sessions use frameworks from coaching psychology and motivational interviewing. Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Not all students who begin research complete it, and this is rarely due to academic ability. Coaching can provide ways to help address the personal and relational issues that hinder student researchers, to give you the support you need to move to the next step of your research journey.
Although your university supervisor may be the best person to advise on content, a coach can help you with personal issues like time management, procrastination or writers' block. Such obstacles can seriously undermine your research journey. As your allocated time with your supervisor is limited, coaching can provide ways to build self-confidence, resilience and wellbeing to keep you on track.
